Erasmus+ é o programa europeo nos ámbitos da educación, a formación, a xuventude e o deporte para o período 2014-2020.
Erasmus+ é un programa único que trata de impulsar as perspectivas laborais e o desenvolvemento persoal, ademais de axudar a numerosos sistemas de educación, formación e xuventude a proporcionar unha ensinanza e un aprendizaxe que doten a as persoas de as capacidade necesarias para o mercado laboral e a sociedade actual e futura.
En España é o Servicio Español para a internacionalización de la Educación (SEPIE) a organización designada como axencia nacional para a xestión coordinada do programa Erasmus+ para o ámbito da educación e a formación.
Erasmus+ quere mellorar a calidade da ensinanza Infantil, Primaria e Secundaria nos centros de toda Europa.
Ofrece aos profesionais de destes niveis oportunidades de Movilidade para o Aprendizaxe, co obxectivo de ampliar e mellorar o seu desenvolvemento profesional, ademais de posibilitar a colaboración cos seus homólogos de outros países de Europa. Mediante as Asociacións Estratéxicas apoia o intercambio de boas prácticas e criterios de innovación para abordar retos comúns, como o abandono escolar ou o baixo nivel de coñecemento básico, fomentando os vínculos co mundo extraescolar e con outros ámbitos educativos e formativos.
Para mestres e persoal non docente para realizar actividades de desenvolvemento no estranxeiro, de ampliación de coñecemento e aptitude. Actividades que poden durar de dous días a dous meses e incluso chegar ao ano. Son actividades tales como:
- Cursos ou actividades de formación estructuradas no estranxeiro.
- Docencia en centros de ensinanza asociados.
- Período de observación no estranxeiro nun centro asociado ou outra organización relevante activa no ámbito da Educación Escolar, jobshadowing.
Ábrense novas perspectivas en educación, permitindo intercambiar coñecementos e boas prácticas en diferentes materias.
O CEIP Santa Baia ten aprobado 4 mobilidades do proxecto Erasmus KA101; polo tanto, o presuposto recibido é para xestionar 4 “job shadowings” en colexios de Europa e a través de esta experiencia, lograr os obxectivos propostos no proxecto presentado: “Alumnado con NEAE: Inclusión e Espacios Dinámicos”, tendo en conta as necesidades do centro e sen olvidarnos da importancia do impacto e difusión en toda a comunidade educativa.
