Dende a chegada do Nadal estivemos a facer diversas cousas pero hoxe imos a falar dalgunhas delas que non comentamos en anteriores entradas e que son de gran interese: a respiración e relaxación e avaliación psicoeducativa da linguaxe.
A respiración é a relaxación na fala: Sabemos que o elemento indispensable na voz e o aire é a respiración. Cando respiramos, estamos a facer un proceso necesario para producir a voz. Moito do alumnado utiliza a respiración bucal en vez de usar a nasal, polo que acaban con problemas nas cordas vogais .
Respirar pola nariz é fundamental , posto que nos protexe de xérmes , quenta o aire e outros , polo tanto é necesario traballar esta función nas sesións de AL sempre que o alumnado amose dificultades. As fosas nasais ainda que non pareza, funcionan como resonadores e axudan na emisión e modificación da voz.
Nas sesións encontrámonos alumnado que se fatiga ao ler, que fai unha respiración entrecortada, que solo usa a respiración pola bucal, que ten seguido disfonías, incapacidade de respiración diafragmática etc. Cando un alumno/a utiliza unha forma de respirar bucal , non usa apenas a nariz e a desvinculan xunto co diafragma pasando a facer unha respiración clavicular pulmonar, o cal provoca unha mala coordinación fonorespiratoria. Por todo isto as veces xogamos a facer exercicios de relaxación e respiración de maneira lúdica con diversos elementos multisensoriais para que o alumnado vaia mellorando dita capacidad respiratoria ou modificándoa e percibindo a nova.
As avaliacións da psicoeducativas da linguaxe: Este trimestre, tivemos bastantes avaliacións da linguaxe e como sempre comento non solo nos referimos a fala ( que sabemos que últimamente estamos a ver moitos nenos/as con Retraso da Linguaxe por multiples razóns » elas o usa das pantallas e a pouca comunicación «) Nas avaliacións da linguaxe ,tamén estudiamos a linguaxe escrita e valoramos todo o proceso lectoescritor para saber se pode haber un risco de presentar algún trastorno da aprendizaxe ou outras dificultades .É necesario como familias observar aos fillos/as e percatarnos de se pode haber alguna dificultade e así comunicalo a titora para poder intervir. Na avaliación citada, estudamos a lectura de palabras, pseudopalabras, oracións, textos, redaccións, contos, velocidade, comprensión lectora etc para poder ver cales son as dificultades do alumnado e as necesidades de intervención co mesmo.
