Bo día ! Este mes de novembro ,tivemos bastantes actividades polas datas celebradas como o Samaín e o Magosto, por iso estiven sen subir fotos das tarefas feitas. Facendo un pequeno recopilatorio, hoxe gustaráime falarvos da respiración e da súa importancia na fonación e na relaxación das crianzas. Aprender a respirar ben é unha tarefa que non parece ter moito interese pero que axuda a que non aparezan trastornos da voz. Temos que ser conscientes que a voz é o noso instrumento de traballo, relacións e comunicación en moitos casos. Observando a moito alumnado, vese que presentan unha respiración invertida (no que o abdomen se contrae ao respirar e o contrario ao espirar) ou realizan movementos desproporciados sen control. Pois ben , por todo iso, na aula de AL tamén traballamos a respiración co noso alumnado para regular o aire, conseguir coordinación entre a respiración e a fonación, relaxar a musculatura, alargar as fonacións e outros. Algún dos xogos e exercicios que levo a cabo son : o xogo de » teño un globo na miña barriga » e » a Tartaruga e o león». Todos estos xogos, son levados a cabo nun ambiente tranquilo , sen luz e con música para favorecer a relaxación total do alumnado. Pouco a pouco , e mediante a práctica aprenderán a regular a respiración que tanto inflúe na fala e na coordinación respiración-emisión.
Para rematar, gustaríame engadir que é moi importante ensinarlle os nenos/as a importancia da respiración e da voz e do cuidado da mesma. Aquí vos deixo algúns consellos que vos poden axudar como familias no cuidado da voz:
Evitar comidas e bebidas moi quentes ou frías, evitar cambios de temperatura bruscos, non forzar a voz, reducir o carraspeo seguido, evitar respirar sempre pola boca, non elevar o tono, non chillar ou gritar no parque o nos xogos, facer respiracións e relaxación, hidratarse con moita auga, descansar a voz , facer gárgaras, etc. Espero que vos sirvan e sexan de axuda sobre todo agora que se achega o inverno.
